This is the perfect Halloween costume for the up-and-coming paramilitary stormtrooper policeman! Just equip with taser and mace and set your little tyke loose in the nieghborhood! Great for when a child wants to fantasize about beating protestors or smashing into people's homes! When this kid knocks on the door and says "trick or treat," what he really means is "GET ON THE FLOOR AND GIVE ME ALL YOUR CANDY!"
