recieved the cape for my kid in a sealed bag. opened the bag to find the velcro neck strap broken. had to have my non-sewing wife knot a stitch before my son could use the cape for dress up play: BUT.. once he wore the cape with his batman mask it was bat-vader sword play time. Go for it.
