This costume is vinyl, so you may not want to wear it on a hot day. The inside is a bit fuzzy, so it doesn't feel like plastic against your skin. The picture on the package shows red scarf & trim. Ours arrived with gold scarf & trim, but it still looks nice. The belt ties in the back, we opted to cut off the ties and add our own velcro. We also added a cape and bought stars & beads to add more bling. We were able to find Elvis glasses & an Elvis wig to complete the look. We had fun-hope you do too!
