My son is a size 10 and the size 10 is really snug on him. He wouldn't have been able to wear anything under it. I had to return it. Also, it doesn't come with the helmet. I thought it did because of the helmet in the picture.

My daughter is obsessed with becoming a space commander one day. She is five. I ordered this costume for her for Halloween and it was perfect. It fit her a little loose with a little room to grow in the arms and legs. She is 50th percentile height and pretty slim. There was plenty of room for her to wear leggings and a turtle neck underneath. Since Halloween, she wears her costume almost everyday and I've washed it several times inside out even though it says to dry clean. It is holding up great. The picture looks like it's kind of thick and puffy, but it's not. It's just thin cotton.

My grandson just loved his costume! I was very impressed with its design and durablity. It was well made. He will have a lot of fun playing in his costume!
