If you're thinking the jacket is anything other than a costume think again. It's made of what I would call pure costume material. My son's gran is going to have to re-enforce the sleeves and tidy up all the loose threads on the collar. And the racing wheel is NOT electronic and doesn't make any sounds and therefor also doesn't light up. Not that the packaging proclaimed so, but it was a silent expectation from my part. Rather spend your money elsewhere.
