Cheaply Made but Great Price
Received the item in the mail EXACTLY as in the photo. It is a pull over which ties in the back at the neck. Silky material and just plain old stitching. It will work great as a dress up or Halloween. Not sure how it will last if washed tho because you can tell that it is really cheaply made but hey for the price I cant complain!
